Biography

Xiaodong Bai, former Director of the Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery at the Third Medical Center of the Chinese PLA General Hospital. He has practiced in this specialty for 26 years and has performed more than 10,000 surgeries as the lead surgeon, covering aesthetic plastic surgery, deformity repair, intimate plastic surgery, wound repair, scar treatment, and excision of benign and malignant skin tumors, etc. He designs aesthetic plastic surgery procedures from a holistic perspective and is highly acclaimed by patients. He has received research funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other sources, has supervised more than 20 graduate students, received one Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the PLA, was awarded two Third-Class Merit citations of the PLA, and received a special talent allowance from the military.
